In Alentejo, in the district of Évora, three Full Blood Wagyu cattle breeders joined forces and, by standardizing their production, gained scale to bring this wonderful meat to you.

The animals are raised in a sustainable and ecological way, complying with all Animal Welfare standards, providing 100% Wagyu meat with a low carbon footprint.
