The passion for genetics and love for Wagyu

The first Wagyu were exported from Japan in 1976. Two red bulls and two black bulls were brought to the United States to breed with Angus cattle. Fast forward to 1997, when Japan declared all Wagyu a national treasure and banned all further exports. A total of 221 Wagyu were exported from Japan, it is these animals that provide the genetic basis for all Wagyu outside of Japan and to which breeders like us work the genetics of their cattle! Thus we have descendants of Suzutani, Rikitani, Okutani, Hikokura or Kanetani through the maternal line.

And in the paternal lines the following stand out: Monjiro, Dai 7 Itozakura, Shigeshigenami,

Yasufuku J930 or Yasumi Doi.

We are increasing our herds using embryo transfer, using our breeders to remove embryos and easily multiply our herd using surrogate mothers.

From the time they are born until they are 6 months old, our calves are with their mothers free in the field, they drink their mother's milk and are supplemented with cereals to prepare their digestive system.

From 6 to 12 months of age, calves are weaned. They also spend this phase in complete freedom, eating pasture, hay and some cereal. This is a very important phase because it is at this stage that they will grow and create structure for the next phase.

From 12 to 30-35 months, our animals are introduced to a very rich diet, a unique formula, brought from Canada and Japan, which provides an infiltration of fat (marbling), tenderness and an unparalleled flavor to our meat. There are around 600 days of eating cereal grains.

Apart from food, classical music is a permanent part of their daily lives, and we give them beer every day along with their food.

We provide our Wagyu with the best life an animal can have, with the certainty that they pay back double with the quality of their meat.
